Dear Parent and/or Guardian:
This letter is written to inform you of recent changes made to the state’s immunization regulations, as it relates to student registration for the upcoming school year (2018-19). A detailed letter explaining the immunization changes is included for your reference.
Immunization records for each student must comply with the state’s new immunization changes. All students will be required to provide the school and/or district office with an up-to-date immunization record, in order for the student to begin school for the 2018-19 school year.
Parents and/or guardians may provide student immunization records during the CCPS registration window, scheduled for summer 2018. This information is required prior to the start of the 2018-19 school year.
**This letter will be sent to families of current CCPS students in January 2018.
